Instructions

1

Crush the biscuit crumbs and mix them well with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create an even crust. Chill it for a few minutes so it sets properly.

2

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps before moving to the next step.

3

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and continue until everything is fully combined. Avoid overmixing so the cheesecake stays soft and smooth.

4

Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven for about 40–45 minutes, until the edges are set and the center still has a slight wobble.

5

Let the cheesecake cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with fresh blueberries or blueberry sauce before serving for the best flavor and presentation.

Pro Tips & Variations

The One-Pot Secret

The key to this recipe’s creaminess is cooking the pasta directly in the sauce. This releases starches that naturally thicken the cream and milk mixture.

Make It Spicy

For a little kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when sautéing the garlic. For more heat stir in a teaspoon of sriracha or hot sauce.

Veggie Swap

If you don’t have fresh spinach, substitute frozen (thawed and squeezed dry) or try adding kale or sliced bell peppers for extra color and texture.
